Home Group Compliance Contracts — Scotland and South West

Home Group is seeking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified contractors to provide compliance services to Home's properties in Scotland and in the South West of England. The scope of the contracts covers the following work streams: 1) Gas servicing and responsive repairs; 2) Electrical testing including associated servicing repairs. Home Group is tendering these two services together in both our Scotland and South West regions. However the contracts will be let separately in both regions therefore, there are 4 contracts in total. Structure as follows: Scotland Contract 1 — Gas servicing and responsive repairs; Contract 2 — Electrical testing including associated servicing repairs. South West Contract 3 — Gas servicing and responsive repairs; Contract 4 — Electrical testing including associated servicing repairs.
