Enable Ireland Childrens Services Galway - Refurbishment Works to Existing Building

Tender description

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified building works contractors to complete refurbishment and alteration works at Enable Ireland premises at Seamus Quirke Road, Galway. The works comprise of alteration and refurbishment works to the existing building which will remain occupied. These works include layout alterations, fire upgrade works and mechanical and electrical upgrade works. The works will be carried out in phases to assist with the maintaining of children services.
