Tender description

The works will consist of the construction of new single storey ASD unit to the south of the existing school building comprising 4No. classrooms, 4No. small safe place rooms, central activities space, multi-sensory room, daily living skills, practical activity room, office, storage and WCs, single storey entrance hall linking new extension to existing school building, outdoor play area, sensory garden, 3No. replacement ballcourts to be located North of the existing pitch, disabled parking to front of new extension, fencing/ boundary treatments and all associated site works.
