Tender description

Ventilation Adaptations, CO2 Monitoring, and Heat Recovery Works at 2 Piccadilly Place. The works include the following activities: - Install CO2, temperature, and humidity sensors on all floors (2 per floor). - Supply and install new galvanised ductwork link from exhaust to supply AHU. - Supply and install new damper actuators and additional wiring as required. - Thermal insulate ductwork. - Commission Ventilation and set minimum fresh air. - Commission controls. - All required BMS controls and configuration interfacing including pre and after back-up programme to be provided to TfGM. - Supply an as installed /as built health and safety file both hard and electronic copies. - TfGM Staff training at 2 Piccadilly Place.
