Cheshire Ireland provide a range of services to people with physical and neurological conditions, who often have very complex and high support needs. To best accommodate the people we support and the staff our support services are offered in residential centres, community clusters, their own homes and respite facilities. Our vision is to support people to live their best possible life. Proposed Scope of Work: In order to improve the environment of our existing residential centre in Dublin 22 to a more homely environment for the residents the scope of works will involve the following: • To upgrade and improve the entrance hall to include new flooring, installation of double doors and redecoration. • To install a new accessible kitchen and associated works such as plumbing, installation, electrical and redecoration. • Painting and decoration of all common areas and to include 11 no. bedrooms. • Repainting and decoration of activities room. • To address privacy issues to common area rooms with installation of privacy film, partial removal of windows and redecoration of same. • Installation of 3 No fire doors and associated works (assuring all are connected to existing fire alarm system, by Agreement with fire officer) • Installation of new staff access door (By Agreement with fire officer) • Reconfiguration of staff welfare facilities to include new external doors and redecoration of same.
