Ref : Rowan Tree internal alterations and site works <strong>Introduction/scope</strong> We are looking for consultancy services for EA/QS from SCALA stages A-C & D-L. Please see attached tender invitation document for further detail. The initial budget for the project is approx. £500k including all fees. <strong>Tender deliverables</strong> <strong> </strong>See attached invitation documentation <strong>Programme</strong> <strong> </strong>To be completed by Spring 2022. <strong>Consultancy fee</strong> <strong> </strong>Please submit a lump sum fee to deliver the duties described in the invitation in two phases A-C and D-L.
