Refurbishment of Cattiside Cottage, Birley Lane, Hathersage - re-tender

Tender description

The National Park Authority are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake full refurbishment works to Cattiside Cottage, Hathersage, Hope Valley. The site is a traditional building and therefore the Authority is looking for a suitably qualified contractor to work within its heritage guidelines using traditional materials. This package of works covers; • Installation of ASHP system • New kitchen and bathroom • New ground floor slab to include insulation • Partial new windows • Re-plastering using insulated lime • Re-wiring • Redecoration • External works Interest should be registered as soon as possible by emailing laura.armstrong@peakdistrict.gov.uk including the reference PM7970/CATTrefurb in the subject line. Upon registering interest, electronic links will be provided to the full tender package where further details and a full specification can be found. Only Contractors who can commence works no later than August 2021 will be considered
