Tender description

The project comprises the development of a new Cadet School Headquarters Building at Defence Forces Training Centre, Curragh, Co. Kildare. The project scope includes the refurbishment and partial demolition of an existing building (circa. 250m2) and construction of a new build two storey extension (circa. 650m2) which combined will form the new Cadet School HQ building. The HQ building will include the following accommodation: offices, conference rooms, admin spaces, teaching spaces, administration, communal spaces etc. The works also include all associated site works.
