Tender description

1. To vacuum and decontaminate the electrical intake room, the wall cavity to the store/tank room and the external fire escape stairs. To prepare and arrange for air reassurance testing as required. All as discussed 2. To set up the boiler room as a full asbestos enclosure. To include the provision of a fixed scaffold lift to allow for the high level working. To brush down and clean the walls and ceiling. To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing. Following a certificate of reoccupation having been issued we will paint the walls of the boiler room with ET150 and label as a hazard. To provide a UKAS accredited laboratory to carry out 4 stage clearance testing and issue a certificate of reoccupation. All as discussed on site
