Tender description

The works will consist of all required removals and the preparation of the existing flat roof areas of the school to take replacement insulated built up roof finishes throughout. To include all required associated works to ensure free draining of roof area. To include all required works at all parapets, upstands, abutments and rainwater outlets.To include all required works associated with the replacement of 14 No existing rooflights. To include the removal of 5 No existing large high level windows at school hall tower, and the supply and insertion of 5 new high level large windows, including all making good as required. To include the the provision of a new mobile anchor safe access system. All associated ancillary works as described in the contrat documents.
