Tender description

Construction of a new single storey storage building extension. Please note the works do not include levelling the existing site, construction of new compound fencing, construction of new compound surfacing or repositioning of the existing public footpath. These works will be carried out by the Employer. The works will include but are not limited to: -Removal of sections of the existing brick walls and internal partitions. -Creation of new external brickwalls and blockwalls internally. -Installation of new lintels. -Associated roofing works. -New Fascias, soffits, and roller shutter door. -All associated M&E works.
