Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) invites you to submit a Tender for the Construction of a Welsh Medium Childcare Facility - Bettws, Bridgend. Contract Terms and Conditions: JCT Standard Building Contract without Quantities,2016 Edition. The following is a brief overview: The demolition of an existing, traditionally constructed, former school, followed by the construction of a new Childcare facility. The new building: Single storey, timber framed with a pitched roof, constructed of concrete strip foundations with a beam and block floor. The GIFA is 186 M2. Rooms include: * Play spaces. * Quiet Room. * WC’s. * Stores. * Kitchen. * Office * Plant Room The external works include: * Tarmacadam Footpaths. * Concrete Hardstanding's. * Soft play Zones. * Fencing & Walling. * Highways Works. * Drainage.
