<p>The Guinness Developments Limited (&ldquo;GDL&rdquo;) is the trading name of The Guinness Partnership . GDL is seeking to appoint a partner to form a joint venture vehicle (50:50 basis) to secure investment and expertise to deliver the Tolworth Phase 2 development project under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation.&nbsp;</p> <p>It is intended that the joint venture entity will develop all the remaining phases across the King George Gate development, delivering more than 739 new homes, non-residential, public realm &amp; infrastructure under several phases over an 8-year period.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> Keywords: New Homes, Joint Venture, Delivery Partner
