Provision of Ty Bron Office Refurbishment

Bron Afon are moving toward a new way of working that allows the workforce to be more flexible and agile in its approach. The environment needs to reflect this and the current building does not meet this need. Creating an open, bright, airy workspace for colleagues will support our vision. We have purchased the furniture for the building and this is adaptable to our changing needs. Requirement: Bron Afon is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Principal Contractor to undertake refurbishment works in its office headquarters known as Ty Bron located in Llantarnam, Cwmbran. The lease on the building is for another seven years, at which point we will review the need for the current space available to all us.
