<p>Malvern Hills District Council is issuing this Request for Formal Quotations in connection with the competitive procurement of a proposed refurbishment of Park Farm Cottage, Malvern. The works comprise the demolition of single storey lean-to&rsquo;s and complete refurbishment of the property including mechanical and electrical installation, decoration internally and externally.</p> <p>Please see the Procurement Documents for further information. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.</p> <p>Before tendering all contractors are required to visit site prior to tender submission in order to ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the works.
