Homes England is seeking to deliver a 500 residential unit, older persons care facility, local centre and all the associated infrastructure including green space across this 20.47ha (14.14ha net) site on Tutbury Road, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire. \r \r In order to assist with this, Homes England wished to appoint a Property Consultant to support the Tutbury Road Project Team by providing property agent advice in relation to the disposal of the site to ensure delivery of the following: - \r \r • a quality residential development that respects strong place making principals, \r • meet the criteria for Building for a Healthy Life and Building with Nature accreditation,\r • achieve policy compliant affordable housing and biodiversity net gain; and\r • accelerate the pace of delivery by considering different tenures and types of new homes.\r \r An Invitation to Tender (ITT) was issued to 3 suppliers as a direct competition process to award a call off contract for a consultant team to provide property advisory and agency services during the outline planning determination and negotiations, disposal strategy and subsequent (potentially phased) disposal of the site.\r \r For further information regarding the T&Cs for Homes England Frameworks visit: -\r https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/homes-england-contracts-and-tenders
