Cambridgeshire County Council (the Authority) invites quotations via further competition under the Cambridgeshire County Council Design & Build Contractor Framework for the provision of Design & Build Services for Phase 1 of a new Primary School on Glatton Road in Sawtry. Phase 1 comprises the design and construction of a new 1FE Primary School with 2FE core and 2nr Early Years facilities in Sawtry, including the planning application and discharging conditions only for the full 2FE Primary School which is to be developed at a later phase (Phase 2). The target opening date of the new primary school is September 2023.
