Tender description
Proposed Energy Upgrade Pilot Scheme to include both external and cavity wall insulation to the building and associated works. The scheme will also include the upgrading of the existing flat roof areas of the building, upgrading of air tightness, upgrading of Mechanical systems including the fitting of MVHR units in the teaching areas and some electrical works. The windows and doors within the 1969 section of the building are also to be upgraded with these works having formed a separate tender process and the successful window contract will be brought in under the main contractor. All works are to be completed summer 2021 with the commencement date being the 25th June and the completion date being the 27th August 2021. Lot 214777: Energy Upgrade Pilot Scheme The bidders are invited to tender for the an Energy Upgrade Pilot Scheme for St. Mary's Boys National School. The upgrade works will include both external & cavity wall insulation, upgrading of the flat roofs in the building, upgrading of the attic insulation,air tightness works, upgrading of the Mechanical systems in including MVHR in the teaching spaces and associated works.
