Tender description

This Project is for relocation of the existing temporary modular two storey building from existing location situated currently at Ealing Fields, Wyke Gardens, Ealing, London W7 2BB, to Northolt High School, Eastcote Lane Northolt, UB5 4HP. This project will be procured using the Design and Build 2016 JCT form of Contract. There will be items of work which will be designed by the contractor such as foundations, drainage, external work and services including M+E modification work and internal remodelling.
