Tender description

We would like to invite suitably experienced companies to submit tenders for the refurbishment of House 7. House 7 is one of our Staff Houses and is a two floor, mid terraced house. The house was built in 1983 as part of the development and construction of the centre and has not had any refurbishment work since its initial construction. Tenders are invited in line with the Architects Specification and Drawings that have been attached to the Sell2Wales site. Most of the preliminary work has been undertaken by Plas Menai Maintenance staff and suitably qualified trades people.
