Tender description

The University requires single provider for the replacement of the existing roof coverings to all four quadrangles in the Hawthorn Building. Works includes taking up felt / asphalt systems, including insulation back to the decking, and the removal of felt laid directly to existing asphalt and re-laying with a new insulated roof system. The work will be done in association with the replacement of mechanical ventilation systems which will be carried out by others prior to and alongside the roofing works. The contract is for a period of sixteen weeks commencing Monday 24th May 2021. Full details of the University's requirements can be found in the Schedule of Works & Pricing document (D2).
