Works Contractor for Alterations and Refurbishment of Existing Accommodation in Riversdale Community College for Danu Community Special School

Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education & Training Board, DDLETB, (the Contracting Authority) intends to appoint a works Contractor for alterations and refurbishment of circa 1,150sqM existing permanent accommodation in Riversdale Community College for the benefit of Danu Community Special School. Some upgrade works to the existing school form part of the scope, including but not limited to: replacement of classroom doors and cross corridor smoke control doors with 30 minute and 60 minute certified door sets, relocation of 2,400sqM play area to the rear of the main building, relocation of Art and Home Economics including builders work, upgrade of fitted furniture, ventilation and M&E, external covered walkways, and related works. External site works include, without limitation: relocation of ballcourts, play areas, landscaping, car parking, site services and ancillary works. Delivery of the project is to facilitate school operation. The award of this contract is subject to an acceptable programme being submitted. Prior Information Notice (PIN) RFT 187334 refers.
