Roofing Framework Agreement

Tender description

Corserv, on behalf of Cornwall Housing, Corserv Property and the Corserv group of companies, wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced roofing companies to a roofing framework agreement. The works will involve the refurbishment of existing buildings and potentially the provision of new facilities where the roof covering will be specified as one of six types of roofing. The framework will comprise of the following Lots (estimated annual value ranges are shown in brackets). 1) Pitched roofing systems (GBP 500 000 to GBP 3 000 000); 2) Finlock guttering removals (GBP 100 000 to GBP 500 000); 3) Chimney removals (GBP 5 000 to GBP 25 000); 4) Roofline works (GBP 50 000 to GBP 250 000); 5) Flat roofing systems (GBP 50 000 to GBP 250 000); 6) Garage roofing systems (GBP 10 000 to GBP 75 000). The framework will primarily be used by Cornwall Housing and Corserv Property for current owned property and new acquisitions, all located in Cornwall. Tenderers are required to fully answer all associated quality questions and fully populate the attached schedule of rates associated with each lot and reflect the detail contained within the associated works information. Bids can be submitted for any number of lots. The intention is to appoint a maximum of 5 contractors to each lot. The scored evaluation criteria will be based 60 % on price, 40 % quality. Lot 1: Pitched Roofing Systems The works will involve the refurbishment of existing buildings and potentially the provision of new facilities where the roof covering required will be pitched roofing systems. Lot 2: Finlock Guttering Removals The works will involve the refurbishment of existing buildings and potentially the provision of new facilities where the roof work required will be Finlock Guttering Removals. Lot 3: Chimney Removals The works will involve the refurbishment of existing buildings and potentially the provision of new facilities where the roof work required will be chimney removals. Lot 4: Roofline Works The works will involve the refurbishment of existing buildings and potentially the provision of new facilities where the roof work required will be roofline works. Lot 5: Flat Roofing Systems The works will involve the refurbishment of existing buildings and potentially the provision of new facilities where the roof covering required will be flat roofing systems. Lot 6: Garage Roofing Systems The works will involve the refurbishment of existing buildings and potentially the provision of new facilities where the roof work required will be garage roofing systems.
