Iona Hall Flooring Replacement

Tender description

The SPS has a requirement for a contractor to design, supply and fit replacement flooring throughout Iona Hall located within HMP Polmont. This project is the removal and replacement of existing vinyl floor coverings within the association areas of Iona Hall at HMPYOI Polmont that have become damaged and worn. The replacement flooring shall be a mixture of resin, vinyl and carpet/carpet tiles. The contractor will be responsible for undertaking a comprehensive survey of Iona Hall flooring and the existing services, to fully familiarise themselves with the Scope of Works and obtain all necessary measurements and information required. The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the Single Procurement Document (SPD (Scotland) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.
