The tender is to allow for demolition and general site clearance, ground improvement by grouting and cut/fill earthworks and construction of a new access junction to serve an adjoining landowner. If the Contract relates to asbestos removal Contractors must be licensed by the HSE and also be members of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA). In addition to ARCA we also recognise ACAD (Asbestos Control & Abatement Division).
