Further Competition under the Cambridgeshire County Council Design & Build Contractor Framework Lot 2 - Duxford Primary School

Tender description

Cambridgeshire County Council (the Authority) invites quotations via further competition under the Cambridgeshire County Council Design & Build Contractor Framework for the provision of Design & Build Services for Duxford Primary School. The project comprises Phase 1 which covers the delivery of a new build extension to Duxford Primary School to replace the area of the existing school which has been damaged by fire, including refurbishments works to existing areas and associated external works. Further expansion works to enable the school to have 2FE facilities will be via Phase 2, which do not form part of this further competition. The Authority's detailed requirements are defined in Section 2 - Specification.
