<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Council has a requirement to appoint a suitably accredited and experienced Contractor to undertake the design and delivery of a programme of works to install new emergency lighting, power and containment within communal areas in to up to 212 number Flat Blocks owned by the Council.
