Brief Description of Requirement UK Research and Innovation are looking to establish a Contract for a Principal Contractor to carry out refurbishment works to a facility. The works comprise the remodelling of the front of house welfare area and refurbishment of the building, predominantly the building services, to respond to their condition and anticipated life expectancy. All new works associated with the refurbishment are to be designed and installed to provide a minimum life expectancy of 15 years, or as otherwise defined by CIBSE or RIBA. Please note you will be required to complete and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement in the attachment section in order to be able to gain access to the documentation for this procurement. The NDA shall be returned via the Delta eSourcing Portal. This Contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
