Tender description

The works consist of upgrade / refurbishment works to 4 toilet areas within the existing school including all required stripout / removals and all required modifications to the associated mechanical and electrical services, the installation of new washroom cubicle, vanity and pannelling systems and associated new sanitary ware, the installation of new floor and ceiling finishes, wall tiling, new studwork and door openings, all associated painting and decoratingand 2 No. new external drainage runs. An existing oil tank is to be decontaminated and removed from an external yard area and the area cleaned and prepared for the installation of a new steel storage shed by the appointed contractor.
