Property Consultants Services Framework

Tender description

The principal location for delivery of services is the Clyde Gateway area, which extends over parts of both Glasgow City Council and South Lanarkshire Council local authority areas. Clyde Gateway wishes to appoint consultants within a framework agreement to provide a range of property consultancy services in relation to the valuation and marketing of its property portfolio, together with general agency advice on development, appraisals, site acquisitions and disposals, with additional input as required on specialisms such as building consultancy, planning and rating matters. CGDL seeks to appoint Property Agents to its Property Consultancy Services Framework to carry out property consultancy services as described above. CGDL is procuring this framework under the Open Procedure.
