Tender description
You are hereby invited to submit a fixed price tender for the supply and installation of 3 No. Temporary Accommodation units and Toilet block and all associated site works and drainage at O’Fiaich College, Dundalk, Co. Louth. This is for the purposes of Further Education as distinct from 2nd level accommodation. THE COSTS OF THIS PROJECT MUST BE CAPITALISED AND INCORPORATED INTO THE ANNUAL RENTAL FIGURE SUBMITTED IN THIS TENDER. NO INSTALLATION OR OTHER COSTS OF ANY KIND WILL BE PAID PRIOR TO OCCUPATION OF THE BUILDING.
