<p>Homes England are seeking to appoint a demolition contractor to carry out general site clearance, asbestos removal and demolition works to the former 3 storey building located off Oxford Street in Weston- Super-Mare. The works include general site clearance and the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials prior to the demolition of the building down to slab level. Following the demolition works, the contractor shall undertake reclamation works which comprise the removal of the former ground slab and excavation within the extent of the site boundaries to expose and remove all former footings, foundations and below ground obstructions to full depth below ground level.</p> Keywords: demolition, site clearance and asbestos removal
