West Dunbartonshire Council require Subcontractor services to support the Council’s Building Services to continue the delivery of statutory services as detailed below: - Electrical services - Joinery - Plumbing & Central Heating - Painting & Decorating - Roofing - Medical Adaptations - Metal Fencing & Light Engineering - Floor Finishes Lot 1: The emergency contractors for Building Services Framework Agreement is required to be extended due to ongoing covid impact. The new requirement is anticipated to be advertised August 2022
