Conversion of the existing property at 44 Carfield Avenue into six individual living spaces for young adults plus administrative office space. The majority of the works are contained within the existing building but are to also include a small extension.\r Each flat to be separately metered for utilities and will consist of kitchen, living and bathroom spaces.\r Three flats on the first floor have been designed to extend up to the second floor, to allow for multi-level living spaces.\r Works to the external areas of the property include resurfacing, block paving, and grassed areas, with revisions to access gating.
