Tender description

Proposed project: Firs Primary School, Firs Road, Sale, M33 5EL - Expansion of School from a 2 Form Entry (FE) to a 3 FE with 315 pupils. It is envisaged that the additional 984m² of accommodation will be in the main 2 Storey on the footprint of the existing mobile Year 6 block and wrap around the Year 5 block to form a quadrangle. Temporary accommodation will be required for the displaced Year 6 and any other displaced pupils during construction.
