<p>Further to the publication of a Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) on the Government ‘Find a Tender Service’, the London Borough of Brent (“Brent Council”) is seeking to procure a Development Partner to bring forward a high quality residential led, redevelopment of the buildings at 1-8 Neville House, 1-64 Winterleys, 113-128 Carlton House and Carlton Hall site (“the NWCC Site”), as part of the award winning South Kilburn Regeneration Programme.</p> <p>Please express an interest initially to gain access to the documents, and then download and complete the Expression of Interest form (Appendix 6) to formally express your interest, only once this completed form has been received on time will suppliers be invited to the Selection Questionnaire stage.</p> Keywords: Developer
