Provision of Prefabricated Modular Volumetric Accommodation to Primary and Post Primary Schools

Tender description

The Department of Education (DoE) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants to establish a framework of suitably qualified applicants to which invitations to tender for the Supply & Installation of Prefabricated 3D Volumetric Modular School Accommodation Buildings will subsequently be issued. The overall number of Prefabricated 3D Modular Accommodation to be procured through this competition will be confirmed at Stage 2 Tender. It is envisaged that a number of invitations to tender (i.e. call off competitions from the framework) may be issued to the framework contractors so as to accommodate the various locations, size and accommodation requirements. These requirements will extend to various locations across the country for projects undertaken by individual schools/school Boards of Management, Education and Training Boards or directly by DoE.
