ITT For a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Repairs Contractor Services for RBH

Tender description

RBH employs an extensive in-house team across all trades to facilitate the repairs service. However, in order to meet its objectives, to manage the workload and the peaks and troughs in demand, the in-house team requires support from 3rd party independent contractors. We currently have arrangements with a number of such contractors, who provide valued support to the in-house team. This was as a result of a tender exercise conducted in 2017 and resulted in contractual arrangements through an RBH framework with a number of contractors. The current contracts will end in the summer of this year. The purpose of this tender exercise therefore is to partner with a number of appropriate contractors for work beyond this summer. Through this process we hope to retain the partnership with many of our current valued contractors, and engage with a number of new ones. The result of this tender exercise will be the renewing of an RBH Framework of contractors covering all the relevant trades, who can support the RBH in-house repairs team as and when required. Lot 1: LOT 01 Altro Flooring To provide Altro flooring to bathrooms. Lot 2: LOT 02 Asphalting Asphalting repair works to our social housing properties. Lot 3: LOT 03 Damp Proofing Damp Proofing works to various social housing properties Lot 4: LOT 04 Decorating Painting & decorating of various social housing properties Lot 5: LOT 05 Electrical condition reports issue of a satisfactory domestic electrical installation condition report (EICR), to various social housing properties. Lot 6: LOT 06 Empty Property Cleaning Cleaning of empty social housing properties Lot 7: LOT 07 Empty Property Clearance and Specialist Cleans Specification Removal of furniture & various waste from empty social housing properties. Lot 8: LOT 08 Gardening Work Gardening services for various social housing properties. Lot 9: LOT 09 Ground Bursts Repair ground bursts at various locations across the borough of Rochdale. Lot 10: LOT 10 Mechanical (Gas) Repair & maintenance of gas appliances in various social housing properties. Lot 11: LOT 11 Metal Work Metal work services at various social housing properties. Lot 12: LOT 12 Pest Control Pest control services at various locations within the Borough of Rochdale. Lot 13: LOT 13 Plastering Plastering works in various empty & tenanted social housing properties. Lot 14: LOT 14 Roofing Roof repairs to various social housing properties Lot 15: LOT 15 Security Screens Supply & fitting of security screens to various empty social housing properties. Lot 16: LOt 16 Ventilation Installation of ventilation to various social housing properties. Lot 17: LOT 17 Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades Electrical & flooring upgrades to bathrooms/kitchens for various social housing properties.
