The role of the Development Manager will be to take the scheme forward from the point that Funding is confirmed and bring the project to life until Full Planning Permission has been achieved and the main construction contract let. Working alongside the Authority this role will require the management of multiple project functions simultaneously from this funding confirmation in order to achieve our community, commercial, social, environmental and investment objectives.
