Tender description

Fendall Street project is located at the existing garages on St Saviours Estate (just off Fendall Street). The scheme will deliver a total of 16 units and has an estimated and will provide a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed flats for Social Rent in a five storey block. The development will be integrated within the existing estate opposite St Vincent House and will deliver landscaping improvements. The Maltby Street project is located at the existing garages on St Saviours Estate (on Maltby Street). The scheme will deliver a total of 24 units and will provide a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed flats for Social Rent in a five storey block.
