<p>Lewisham Council invites you to submit a Tender for Refurbishment and Adaptation Works at The Calabash Day Centre. The Calabash Day Centre is located on George Lane in Hither Green and is a dedicated Centre that was developed and opened in 1985 specifically to provide a safe space for the BAME community and cater for the frail and isolated as well as those who have physical disabilities, mental health problems and dementia.</p> <p>The works are composed of: <br />- The partial reconfiguration of the building to the front <br />- Creating WC provisions and a care room off the reception area <br />- Roof replacement <br />- Internal general repairs <br />- External general repairs <br />- Redecoration</p> Keywords: Redecoration, Day Centre, Roof, Adaptations, Refurbishment, Repairs
