Tender description

Meath County Council intends to appoint a contractor to carry out site clearance and remediation works at the former Spicers Bakery site at Athlumney Navan. An outline program is to be forwarded as part of the tender submission. As part of the Phase 1 works an asbestos survey was carried out on all buildings / structures within their line boundary and accompanies the tender documents. Please note the close working proximity to the River Boyne on the north elevation of the building.
