<p>First stage tender to appoint a contractor to finalise design and give cost certainty for a New Boathouse at Dukes Meadow, Dan Mason Drive, Chiswick, W4 2SH.</p> <p>Hounslow will enter into a pre-construction Agreement which will be followed by the second stage tender for construction of the boathouse.</p> <p>GENERAL SCOPE OF THE WORKS</p> <p>The Scope of the Works is to demolish the existing boathouse and design and build a New Boathouse at Dukes Meadows, Dan Mason Drive, Chiswick.</p> <p>The Works in the Contract will comprise:&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; Demolition of existing building and surrounding site works&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; New boathouse&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; New boat store&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; External Works&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; Foul Drainage&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; Surface Water Drainage&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; Main Services</p> <p>The proposed Works are to deliver a fully operational &ldquo;turn-key&rdquo; boathouse including changing rooms, boat storage, gym, caf&eacute;, kitchen for club room suitable for immediate use. For the avoidance of doubt all works, including loose furniture and fittings and fit out of kitchens, will be provided under this contract so the new boathouse can be operational immediately after completion of the Works.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Keywords: Boathouse, Design & Build
