The works can be summarised as follows: • Remove and dispose of existing toe-rails and supply and install new toe-rails. • Supply and install edge protection to pier • Remove existing ladders and supply and install new ladders. Remove and refurbish existing ladders and reinstate. • 1200mm Reinforced Concrete wall to storage areas • Supply and install fencing to storage areas • Supply and install gates • Line marking • Painting of pier furniture • Signage Lot 212043: Keelbeg Pier Improvement works The works to be carried out under this Contract includes the removal and disposal of existing toerails and supply and install new toe-rails, supply and installation of edge protection to pier, removal of existing ladders and supply and install new ladders, removal and refurbishment of existing ladders, construction of 1200mm reinforced concrete wall to storage area, supply and installation of fencing and gates, line markings and signage.
