Tender description

The Works comprise the provision of new units to form a business park at the former Branstone Farm. The Contract period will be 46 weeks. The work is not required to be undertaken in any specific sequence. The Contractor is to note that adjacent properties comprising Branstone House, Holliers House and Stockman House will remain occupied and in use, also that their drainage goes through the Branstone Farm site and must remain active without disruption, including pumping chambers. The term of the contract shall be 26th April 2021 until 11th March 2022 (46 weeks). The opportunity was advertised as an open below threshold tender on 22 feb 2021 and closed 22nd march 2021.
