For more detail please view Find A Tender Service prior information notice publication reference: 2021/S 000-006974 Procure Partnerships have successfully been operating and delivering a North West Contractor Framework across the North West of England for the past three years supporting with the procurement and delivery of over 100 construction projects within this period. Procure Partnerships in partnership with Oldham Council (as the Contracting Authority) is conducting market research to gauge the level of market interest and inform the procurement strategy to let a four year North West Contractor Framework, anticipating a tender issue date of Summer 2021 and a Framework go-live date of Spring 2022. The Framework may be used to award contracts for Oldham Council's pipeline of works and will be accessible by North West public sector bodies / 'Contracting Authorities' as defined by the PCR 2015. Potential Framework users may therefore include but are not limited to North West; Schools, Academies, Colleges, Universities, Blue Light/Emergency Services, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Health and Social Care Bodies, Housing Associations, Libraries and Museums, Registered Charities, Government Departments, Leisure Providers, Clinical Commissioning Groups. Full details of potential Framework users will be made available in the subsequent Notices and Procurement Documents. The Framework will be lotted and the estimated total value of the four year framework is £1.8bn. It is provisionally planned that users of the Framework will be able to procure projects of Design and Build or Build Only nature, under a Two Stage or Single Stage procurement route, embracing both NEC and JCT forms of contract. On the same basis, it is planned that the Framework will include an infrastructure works Lot; construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines, for highways, roads, airfields and railways; flatwork.
