Cannon Hall North Range Refurbishment

Tender description

<p>Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) wishes to notify potential Contractors of its intention to go to market in May 2021 for a standalone building refurbishment/upgrade work as part of the redevelopment of Cannon Hall Parks and Gardens. The works to be advertised will be as follows: North Range Day Training Venue-Building works and fit-out. Contract for internal works to floor, wall coverings, ceiling, lighting, internal partitions, small kitchen and sanitary, external works include siting and installation of oil tank, clean water treatment and surface drainage. Water supply connection and minor electrical works /external lighting; refurbishment of external paving. Conservation restoration/heritage building experience will be necessary due to the setting within a listed park/garden (Grade II) and in the curtilage of a Grade II* listed Hall.
