RICC Works to Pool Hall

Tender description

Torbay Council is looking to carry out repairs to the steelwork to the roof trusses and flume and also replace the curtain walling to the west and north elevations of the Pool Hall of the Riviera International Conference Centre (RICC) to match that carried out to the south elevation in 2014. Lot 1 - Repairs to the flume and flume supporting structure and repairs to steel columns to the curtain walling to the south and west elevations. It was agreed that Lot 1 be progressed on the basis that the cost of the works fell within the available budget, as noted in clause 1.3 of Part 1, Information, of the tender documents. Lot 2 no longer required.
