Replacement Lighting Framework

Tender description

The Authority is seeking to: Establish an NEC 4 Framework with up to four suppliers to provide capital projects for internal lighting replacement works to Hull City Council properties. To allow earlier contractor involvement in the design process, deliver the projects in an efficient manner and obtain a greater level of cost certainty for proposed projects earlier in the process. The successful Contractors will provide services and works on both time charge orders, using the NEC4 Professional Services Short Contract and Works Orders using NEC 4 Engineering and Construction Contract Main Option A with secondary and optional clauses.
