Re-Development of Cowan Park Community Enterprise Hub

Tender description

The full construction works contract will involve the refurbishment of the East Renfrewshire Council-owned former Gatehouse Lodge at Cowan Park, Barrhead. Works will include extending the internal scope of the building, re-roofing, new floors, internal fit-out, heating and electrical works, formation of car parking etc. This project involves the creation of an Enterprise & Community Hub through the regeneration of Cowan Park, Gate Lodge property in Barrhead. The Hub will provide a much needed home and additional space for a number of Social Enterprises, Community Groups and other third sector partners to operate from to deliver a variety services and initiatives for the local area and wider community.
